Les Miserables

Hey, hey, hey! First night of Les Miserables is now officially over, and it was a ton of fun! Good job guys and I hope that the rest of the shows will be just as good. One thing though: I will be so glad when I can live out of curlers again.

School is almost out (thank goodness), and I can't wait to sleep, though I'll miss everyone there! No more homework, only stupid portfoilios, which are the most idiotic trick at getting the kids to go to the last few days of school ever.

Question of the Day: Why can't I own a Canadian?
Okay, so when ever I started a question with 'why' in google, this came up, and intrigued me greatly. I followed the first link and I found something very interesting. It was a letter from a listener of a radio station replying to something that a personel said. It was a great example of changing tradition over the course of the centuries, and though I am a devout Catholic, made me laugh. My favorite question that they brought up was "Why can't I own a Canadian?" I would check it out if I were you.

Story of the Day: US Players Stuck in Traffic Jam Caused by Elephant
I love the way they started off this article: "Forget getting past England. The U.S. soccer team had to get past the elephants first." It is pretty funny to think that such important people could get detained by an elephant. Read the signs outside of their hotel. South Africa seems like an entirely different world. Good luck U.S.A. today!

MLIA of the Day: "Today, my mom told me that when I was in first grade, I got sent to the principal's office and they called her because I told my teacher my dad was the mailman. My dad really was our mailman. MLIA"

Hilarious.
