Have you ever been introduced to someone and imediately judged them on their name? I have, and it generally does hold to be true. That may seem 'namist" or whatever, but if you think about it, that is naturally the first thing you think about after their physical apperance. A name tells a lot about the background, or possible upbringing, of a person. Does a person named Grace or Candy seem more respectable. Try blocking out a person's name when you meet them. Check out their personality, and see if it matches the name.
Wahoo! Schools almost done. (Just had to get that in there.)
Question of the Day: How do ventriloquists do it?
With enough practice anyone could do it. The techniques are relatively simple, but take an endless amount of practice. This article is quite extensive, so try to bring out the inner voice-thrower in you!

Story of the Day: Two Babies Survive After his Stroller Rolls off Platform and is Struck by a Train in Australia
Have you heard about this? How could people let their babies fall off a platform, into the path of an incoming train!? What is especially frightening is that it happened twice in such a short period of time. Amazingly, both babies survived with little more than bruises. That is a sure miracle. Hopefully there won't be another incident. Come on people, watch your kids.

MLIA of the Day: "Today, while in class, our professor started to tell us a story, but stopped himself and made us raise our right hand and say 'I, state your name,...' The entire class repeated 'I, state your name.' Fail. MLIA"
