Toes in the Sand, Guns in the Hand

I got back from a trip up north just a few minutes ago. It was a fun day, for the most part.

First of all, I finished my summer reading finally. It took forever to answer all the questions and even with my tiny writing it took up six full pages. It is an injustice to make us have work during the summer, much less test us on it. And while I'm complaining, they should tell us the bus routes and class lists before almost the first day of school. It's not fair to make us wait. Ok. I'm done now.

I have discovered every grown man's paradise. It is called Cabela's. (This was the guns in the hand part of the title.) It is an outdoor outfitting store, and be careful if you let any guy in there, because it will be a very long time before you will be able to get them out again. If you are ever in Maine, go check it out - along with the (Main or Maine) Dinner. That place has really good food.

Later on we went an walked on the beach a litle bit. (This is the toes in the sand part of the title.)A long ride there and back, but it is good to take a long trip every once in a while.

Story of the day: This is a day with more than one story. There was so much ridicousness today that I have to give you the choice of what you want to read.
